Responsibilities

1. Business Development: Identify and study potential high-end clients in the cyber security industry, with a focus on the UAE and Middle East, Africa regions.
2. Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with neutral accent with understanding of CEO/Board-level key words of technology and cyber security language to establish a strong rapport with clients.
3. Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective telecalling and relationship-building strategies.
4. Technical Understanding: Demonstrate a deep understanding of computer engineering and cyber security to address client inquiries and concerns.
5. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
6. Consulting Experience: Previous work experience, especially within the Big 4, is a significant advantage.
7. Cyber Security Knowledge: Familiarity with cyber security concepts and certifications is highly desirable.

Other Requirements

• Experience: 5 to 12 years of telecalling experience in technology sales, with a proven track record of high sales performance.
• Education: A background in computer engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications: Cyber security certifications are a strong advantage.
• Work Environment: This is a work-from-home role, so candidates should be self-motivated and capable of working independently.
