Responsibilities

Team Management:

  • Responsible for achieving monthly quarterly yearly - sales.
  • Monitor and improve team level metric and agent level metric
  • Responsible for performance and ratings for the team
  • Facilitate floors support and query resolution and conduct team huddles and calibrations
  • Counsel and coach team on best practices and error resolution Sales
  • Go the extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Converting leads from Platforms into Loans by helping Ops team to receive all the required documents and applications

Other Requirements

  • Prior experience in lending required
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
  • Proficiency in languages English, Hindi
  • Educational Qualification: Graduates/ post graduates
  • Knowledge of Working with excel sheets. google sheets
  • Good to have
