Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
• Provide information about products/services, answer queries, and assist with any customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
• Update customer information in the database and follow up on leads.
• Use Excel to manage and track data such as call logs, customer details, and performance metrics.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic data entry, creating simple spreadsheets).
