Responsibilities

- Developing the company’s technical strategy to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Understand the functional and technical requirements of the application, Lead architecture & technical design decisions.
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
- Oversees software development, engineering tasks and product releases to ensure business objectives are met
Build and drive quality assurance and data protection processes
- Manage multiple projects and be a single point of contact/ownership on the delivery of the projects.
- Ensure the client commitments are met on time with quality. Ensure there is positive working relationship between all the team members.
- Conduct technical interviews , recruit, build and lead the teams.
- Ensuring that operations are cost-effective and stay within budget
- Own outcomes of engineering, planning, execution and delivery on complex projects

Other Requirements

- Must have had at least 10+ years of experience in developing .NET applications and 5+ years of experience in team and project management.
