Responsibilities

- Focus on completing the targeted handover with utmost care ensuring smooth visa processing.
- All enquiries from the customers are to be answered by giving clear information on the visa documentation status and related activities.
- Proofread the documents updated by the documentation team and ensure complete and correct information is shared with the customer
- Follow up with the customer for any pending documents required as per the rules of each country
- Ensure Google reviews are collected from the customers served and acknowledge their responses or feedback.
