Responsibilities

• Individual should have thorough understanding of ecommerce supply chain operations.
• Liaison with courier partners for driving operations performance metrics like Same day connections, SLA compliance, RAD compliance, NDR functions, RTO movements, Shipment level reconciliation, FASR% etc.
• Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including first mile, middle mile, last mile, return-to-origin (RTO), and dispute resolution.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching and feedback to the team to enhance productivity and service levels, and oversee end-to-end logistics operations.
• Drive courier weekly & monthly meetings.
• Solve complex supply chain problems.
• Refine the existing processes to derive better productivity.
• Suggest solutions to product to solve problems using technology.
