Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support: Assist in resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
• Employee Engagement: Help organize and participate in employee activities and engagement initiatives.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research on HR trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Project Assistance: Support HR projects including policy development, onboarding, and training programs.

Other Requirements

Education: Pursuing or completed a degree in Psychology (preferred) or MBA in HR.
