Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
Solution Architecture: Lead the design and development of scalable data architectures, including data platforms, pipelines, and AI/ML deployment strategies.
AI/ML Strategy and Implementation: Architect AI/ML solutions that align with client business goals, from model development to deployment, ensuring effective MLOps practices are in place.
Data Strategy: Collaborate with clients to define data strategies, governance frameworks, and analytics solutions that support their business objectives.
Technical Oversight: Provide guidance to the technical teams on critical architecture and design decisions to ensure robust, scalable solutions.
Team Management and Development:
Team Leadership: Lead and manage teams of data engineers, AI/ML engineers, and data scientists across multiple client projects.
Talent Development: Play a key role in hiring, mentoring, and developing technical talent, fostering a high-performance culture.
Resource Allocation: Oversee the allocation of resources across projects to ensure optimal delivery of services.
Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Client Engagement and Delivery:
Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their data and AI requirements and ensure that solutions meet their business needs.
Project Oversight: Ensure the successful delivery of data and AI projects, with a focus on timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
Solution Evangelism: Promote the value of Data & AI solutions to clients, providing strategic insights and innovative approaches to address their challenges.
Service Offering Development:
Offering Ownership: Take ownership of Data & AI service offerings, driving their continuous improvement and market relevance.
Innovation and Thought Leadership: Stay informed on the latest technologies and trends in data platforms and AI/ML, and drive the adoption of best practices within the organization and client projects.
Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry thought leadership through articles, white papers, and presentations at conferences or webinars.
Alliance and Partnership Management:
Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key technology vendors and partners in the data and AI/ML ecosystem.
Joint Go-to-Market (GTM): Collaborate with partners on joint GTM initiatives, including solution development, co-marketing, and client engagements.
Other Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, and AI/ML, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or techno-managerial role.
Technical Skills:
Deep knowledge of data platforms, including data lakes, data warehouses, real-time data processing, and AI/ML model management.
Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud-based AI/ML services, and MLOps practices.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data engineering technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, ETL/ELT tools).
Strong foundation in data strategy, governance, and advanced analytics.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing technical teams across multiple, complex client engagements.
Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly solutions.
Strategic and Analytical Thinking:
Strong strategic thinking, able to align data and AI solutions with broader business goals.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an analytical mindset focused on innovation and business value.
