Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, update inventory records, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team to reorder supplies as needed.
• Receiving & Dispatching: Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming goods and ensure timely dispatch of materials.
• Quality Checks: Inspect goods for quality and quantity to ensure they meet company standards.
• Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date records of stock movements, invoices, and relevant documentation.
• Store Organization: Ensure proper storage of materials to optimize space and accessibility.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards in the store.

Other Requirements

• Plus Two /ITI/Bachelor’s degree/diploma in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in store/warehouse management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in storage operations.
