• End to end process of recruitment (IT and Non-IT)
• Develop And Update Job Descriptions And Job Specifications.
• Identify the right platforms to post job vacancies.
• Update team with trends in the job market to shape recruitment strategies
• Sourcing right profiles through effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within desired time frame.
