Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and objectives.
• Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to optimize operations and enhance service delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders to clarify requirements, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flows to support project delivery.
• Solution Development: Work closely with development and technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring that solutions meet user needs.
• Testing Support: Assist in the development of test cases and testing strategies, participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
• Change Management: Support change management initiatives by providing training and documentation to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that could impact the organization’s business processes and systems.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and conduct data analysis to support decision-making, providing insights into business performance and operational metrics.

Other Requirements

• Minimum B.Sc. in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques.

Experience in the banking or financial industry is preferred
