Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to discuss educational and career options and assist them in making informed decisions.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline application processes and improve the student onboarding experience.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential students and industry partners to drive business development efforts.
• Organize and participate in educational fairs and workshops to promote institutional offerings and engage with prospective students.
• Evaluate student academic performance and provide recommendations and support for achieving academic success.
• Assist in developing educational programs and materials that meet student needs and industry standards.
• Monitor industry trends to provide insights and guide curriculum enhancements, ensuring relevance and competitiveness.
• Support the institutional objective of fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
