Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases for our Android and Web app.

• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.

• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.

• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

• Collaborate with other teams (engineers and product managers) to define the quality metrics.

• Track test quality metrics like Code coverage, App performance, etc.

• Build and execute automation scripts using open source tools.

Other Requirements

• 3+ years work experience in manual testing (Android, iOS, and Web applications).

• Solid experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

• Hands-on experience with different types of tests like smoke tests, regression test, functional tests, integration tests.

• Good knowledge of SQL.

• Familiar with common tools like Jira, GIT, Postman, ADB.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

• Experience of automation testing (Selenium / Appium etc) will be a bonus.

• Experience with performance and/or security testing will be a bonus.
