Responsibilities

• Work with business teams to identify, analyze, and document automation opportunities and process improvements.

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for RPA developers.

• Prepare Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).

• Collaborate with the RPA development team to ensure successful delivery of automation solutions.

• Conduct feasibility analysis to determine process suitability for automation.

• Support testing, deployment, and change management activities.

• Track and report on automation project progress, benefits, and performance metrics.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical RPA team.

• Maintain the RPA backlog and assist in prioritizing automation opportunities.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 year in RPA projects.

• Experience working with RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.

• Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process re-engineering.

• Excellent documentation skills (PDD, BRD, SDD).

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an added advantage.
