We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Finance & Accounts to join our professionally run MSME organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organization's growth.

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
2. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, auditing, and taxation.
3. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making.
4. Handle banking operations, including reconciliations and fund management.
5.Supervise and mentor the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
6. Utilize Tally software for accounting and financial management.
7. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax consultants.
8. Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency.
1. Minimum Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in finance and accounts, with expertise in auditing, GST, and taxation.
3. Strong working knowledge of Tally and other accounting software.
4. Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
5. Prior exposure to the telecom field will be an added advantage.
