Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Conduct proactive outreach calls to existing sellers, encouraging increased usage of Shiprockets services.
  • Seller Engagement: Regularly communicate new offers, discounts, promotional campaigns, and service updates to sellers.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand sellers' shipment patterns, business requirements, and pain points to provide tailored recommendations and solutions.
  • Retention Strategies: Develop and execute retention strategies aimed at maintaining and increasing seller activity.
  • Performance Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed defined KPIs related to seller retention, shipment growth, and upselling objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, serving as their primary contact for retention-related support.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure unified and seamless seller experiences.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of seller interactions in CRM tools and other databases.
  • Issue Resolution: Promptly address seller concerns, queries, or issues, escalating as necessary to ensure seller satisfaction.
  • Upselling/Cross-selling: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell additional services and features to enhance seller engagement.
