• Drive sales targets by following up on leads and converting them into successful deals.

• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude to create a strong impression and build rapport with clients.

• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize outreach efforts.

• Update and manage customer databases with accurate interaction records and follow-up actions.
