- Handle student enquiries in-person and via calls/WhatsApp
- Explain career paths and courses based on their profile
- Maintain records of consultations and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal marketing & admissions teams
- Contribute to career awareness campaigns
- Ai reportings case study & new statergy building

Other Requirements

- Female candidates only (immediate joining, vacancy closing by 15th May 2025)
- 1+ year experience in counselling/sales/education
- Fluent in Malayalam & English
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer & WhatsApp usage
- Monthly Salary: ₹10,000–₹16,000
- Incentives: ₹30,000–₹50,000/month possible (slabbased system will change accordingly to project shift)
- Growth opportunities into senior roles within 6 months
