As an Oracle EBS/Fusion HRMS Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HRMS modules including Core HR and Payroll.
- You will gather business requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure successful integration with existing systems.
- Your role involves working closely with HR and Payroll teams to streamline processes, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver enhancements based on evolving business needs.
- You will provide ongoing functional and technical support, conduct user training, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
