We are looking for a motivated Junior HR Recruiter to join our team. The role will focus primarily on talent acquisition with exposure to basic HR functions. You will be responsible for the initial stages of recruitment(JD preparation, sourcing, screening) and ensuring smooth coordination until hiring confirmation. Strong communication skills must for this role, as you will be the first point of contact between candidates and our company.

Responsibilities
Source and screen resume from job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to schedule & coordinate interviews
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Followup with candidates through the selection process until joining
Assist in JD preparation and confirm role details with hiring team
Assist in employee records management and other HR operations as required
Other Requirements
MBA/BBA/Graduation in HR or related field
Excellent communications kills
Strong interpersonal and people-handling ability
Good understanding of recruitment process & Basic functions
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
Proficiency in MSOffice/Google Sheets
