Responsibilities
Core HR:
-
Customize Oracle Core HR to meet specific client requirements, such as creating DFF, workflows, notifications, personalization.
- Lead or assist in data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading into Oracle Core HR, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate the accuracy and functionality of the Oracle Core HR system, including regression testing, user acceptance testing, and integration testing.
- Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, data migration plans, and user manuals.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients for Oracle Core HR-related issues, including resolving system errors, processing data corrections, and addressing user inquiries.
- Assist clients with Oracle Core HR upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to HR operations.
Payroll:-
Customize Oracle Payroll to meet specific client requirements, such as creating custom payroll elements, formulas, and reports.
- Integrate Oracle Payroll with other modules or third-party systems, such as HR, Time and Labor, Benefits Administration, and General Ledger.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate the accuracy and functionality of the Oracle Payroll system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients for Oracle Payroll-related issues, including resolving payroll errors, processing adjustments, and addressing compliance concerns.
Other Requirements
Core HR:

Must have at least one implementation lead or Strong assist int the Oracle Core HR module for clients, ensuring alignment with their business requirements and objectives.
- Strong Core HR setting’s configuration such as Business Group Creation, Organization/Location Creation, Position/Job Creation Payroll:

Must have at least one implementation lead or Strong assist in the implementation of Oracle Payroll module for clients, ensuring alignment with their business requirements and objectives.
- Strong payroll setting’s configuration knowledge. Such as new payroll creation, element creation, defining balance, input values.
