Responsibilities
- Performing statutory activities like ESI , PF and others.
- Maintenance of administrative, human resource (HR) policies and objectives in accordance with company objectives, including payroll processing, benefits and health and safety
- Oversight of external accounting functions
- Support employees in queries related to attendance , salary concerns and other issues.
- Maintaining databases of employees and other confidential activities.
