Responsibilities

Primary:

• Build our brand by increasing sales and engaging our GSAs profitably in the regional market assigned
• Set profitable sales goals and achieve the target with the support of the team members.
• Ensure lead utilization is monitored and bring lost percentage to a minimum.
• Work with the Marketing team to guarantee quality leads are available on time for the sales team.
• Ensure customers are provided with the services promised and we become the choice of customers

Secondary:

• Conduct regular market research and suggest products of competitive advantage appropriate for the demands of the region
• Liaise with the product team for attractive new products and activities to cater to different categories of customers
• Liaise with the marketing team and ensure the products get maximum reach in the regional market to get proportionate ROI

Other Requirements

• 50% marks in any graduation preferably from Travel and Tourism
• Minimum 1 year experience in handling Holiday packages will be an added advantage
