Responsibilities

• Verifying & accounting for all supplier Invoices, payment entries, and other regular journals in accounting Software.
• Filing of GST returns, managing GST Audit & GST Refund application.
• Responsible for all STPI monthly/Annual returns and SOFTEX filing.
• Managing the Banking operations, Forex & Corporate Credit Card
• Calculation of Payroll, PF, ESI, Professional Tax
• Compliance like e- TDS returns, IT Declaration, Issuance of Form-16
• Managing the Internal & Statutory Audits and coordinating with company Auditors
• Collect and handle bills and vouchers.

Other Requirements

• BCom/MCom/MBA (Finance)
• Minimum 5-8 years' experiencen handling the accounts of an IT company
• Proficient in handling Zoho Books& KEKA
• Work experience with a CA firm will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel
• Sound knowledge in Accounting Principles and Practices
