Responsibilities

• Reviewing, preparing drop shipment invoices.
• Follow up on JC trans inquiries and gather leads from our platform.
• Pricing process: Obtain better freight quotes from the agent.
• Provide support for our existing customer shipments, including collection, coordination, and invoicing.
• Prepare accurate bills
• Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
• Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines and tracking of the shipments.
• Addressing and resolving shipment issues.
• Liaising and negotiating with Freight agents.
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels
• Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility
• Relevant documentation process
• Coordinating with the Sales team for the smooth shipment from the vendor.

Other Requirements

Education: Graduation in any stream with minimum 50% - ( preferred diploma/degree in logistics & supply chain)

Working Condition : Willing to work on shift on a rotational basis.
