Responsibilities

✅ ERP/CRM Testing: Validate business processes, data integrity, and user roles in ERP/CRM systems.
✅ Manual Testing: Execute functional, regression, and UI tests; log and track bugs effectively.
✅ Automation Testing: Develop and run test scripts using tools like Selenium; support CI/CD integration.
✅ Quality Management: Ensure software meets quality standards through consistent testing practices.
✅ Integration & Performance Testing: Test system integrations and conduct load/performance testing to ensure reliability.

Other Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of Experiences in the area of Quality Management
• Experience Manual & Automation Testing
• Experience in ERP / CRM
• Clear communicator (written and verbal)
• Experience in developing testing approach, test plan, Test cases & Test reports as well as defining test data requirements
• Experience in Integration & Performance Testing
