Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive Malayalam language lessons to students in Grades 4–7, ensuring conceptual clarity.
• Develop lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to varying student needs and levels.
• Utilize effective pedagogical techniques and digital tools for both in-person and online teaching environments.
• Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with parents and colleagues to support learning outcomes.

Other Requirements

1. Prior teaching experience preferred, especially in handling primary and upper primary classes (Grades 4–7)

2. Experience in online teaching will be an added advantage.

3. Should possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with students across different levels.

4. Must demonstrate good pedagogical skills and the ability to explain concepts in an interactive and student-friendly manner.
