Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding support via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related queries with precision and empathy.
  • Log and escalate critical customer issues when required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuously improve customer service processes and suggest actionable insights.
  • Assist customers in optimizing their e-commerce businesses using Helixo apps.
  • Contribute feedback to help improve our products and services.

Other Requirements

  • 1-4 years in customer support, preferably in tech or e-commerce industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can think critically and act efficiently.
  • Tech-savvy with a good grasp of e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience is a plus).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Good to have

  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with customer success or Chat tools like Crisp Chat, Intercom, Freshchat.
  • Good in HTML/CSS technical skills.
