Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support via email, phone, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related queries with precision and empathy.
- Log and escalate critical customer issues when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously improve customer service processes and suggest actionable insights.
- Assist customers in optimizing their e-commerce businesses using Helixo apps.
- Contribute feedback to help improve our products and services.
Other Requirements
- 1-4 years in customer support, preferably in tech or e-commerce industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- A proactive problem-solver who can think critically and act efficiently.
- Tech-savvy with a good grasp of e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience is a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Good to have
- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with customer success or Chat tools like Crisp Chat, Intercom, Freshchat.
- Good in HTML/CSS technical skills.
