• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and management to ensure clear understanding of goals and deliverables.

• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Use data-driven insights to identify problems, propose solutions, and support strategic planning.

• Prepare clear reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.

• Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and risk analyses for proposed initiatives.

• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather input and build consensus among stakeholders.
