Responsibilities

Market Development

• Develop and execute regional market development plans aligned with business strategy
  
• Lead new product launches with cross-functional coordination
  
• Manage opportunity pipeline and product sampling
  
• Support product development by identifying regional technical needs
  
• Participate in business reviews, budget planning, and sales meetings
  
• Deliver SBU-specific training and promote internal knowledge sharing

Marketing

• Advocate the product portfolios value proposition to internal and external stakeholders
  
• Design and implement regional promotional strategies across various channels
  
• Create impactful marketing content and materials
  
• Plan and manage marketing events, seminars, trade shows, and promotional activities.

Market Analysis

• Conduct import/export data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  
• Monitor competitor activity and regulatory changes
  
• Lead primary and secondary market research for actionable insights
  
• Translate research into strategic recommendations and regional plans
  
• Maintain and analyse CRM and internal business intelligence tools
  
• Track new drug approvals in India and ANDA approvals for South Asia
  
• Deliver timely, insightful reports for stakeholder decision-making

Other Requirements

• Bachelors degree in science (Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field)
• Advanced degree or diploma in Marketing or Business Management preferred
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in market development, marketing, or market analysis within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Technical marketing communication
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, BI tools)
