Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand international business and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, securing meetings and appointments.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high client retention.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage post-sales follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
  • Create a sales team under and lead the team to achieve targets
  • Need to handle operations and also clients based in GCC

Other Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Any degree/Diploma
  • At least 4 years of experience * in business development or a similar role, preferably in international markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client retention skills.
  • Exceptional networking capabilities with a proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, business intelligence platforms, and MS Office Suite.
  • Prior experience in international business development is highly desirable.
