Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand international business and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, securing meetings and appointments.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high client retention.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage post-sales follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Create a sales team under and lead the team to achieve targets
- Need to handle operations and also clients based in GCC
Other Requirements
- MBA in Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Any degree/Diploma
- At least 4 years of experience * in business development or a similar role, preferably in international markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client retention skills.
- Exceptional networking capabilities with a proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, business intelligence platforms, and MS Office Suite.
- Prior experience in international business development is highly desirable.
