Level up Digital Solution is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Video cum Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in tele calling along with basic skills in video creation or coordination. This role involves client and candidate communication, follow-ups, tele calling activities, and supporting video-based content and communication efforts.

• Create or assist in producing short videos for promotional, training, or internal communication purposes.
• Perform outbound tele calling for lead follow-ups, client coordination, and candidate engagement
• Maintain proper records of calls, feedback, and follow-up actions.
• Support HR and admin teams with routine documentation and coordination.
• Handle basic data entry and reporting using MS Excel or similar tools.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in video presentation, customer service, or a related role.
• Basic knowledge of video creation tools
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
