Responsibilities
- Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) to achieve and exceed lead volume and quality targets.
- Campaign Management: End-to-end management of performance marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, ad creation, budget management, bidding strategies, and continuous optimization.
- Performance Optimization: Obsessively monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, with a laser focus on optimizing for a low Cost Per Result (CPR) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Qualified Lead Focus: Implement strategies to not only generate a high volume of leads but also to ensure a high percentage of qualified leads that convert effectively through the sales funnel.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Conduct rigorous A/B testing of ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to identify and scale winning combinations.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- 360 Digital Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure performance marketing efforts are aligned with and integrated into our overall 360-degree digital marketing strategy, including SEO, content marketing, and social media.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay at the forefront of the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, including advanced targeting and bidding strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrable experience in managing and optimizing budgets to achieve a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and marketing attribution models.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Good to have
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint.
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C lead generation.
- A creative mindset with an eye for compelling ad copy and visuals.
