Responsibilities

• Sales Lead Follow-Up – Make calls, filter jewellery clients, and update CRM

• Demo Scheduling – Coordinate and manage demo appointments

• Meta Sales Follow-Up – Track demo conversions and support sales team

• Field Report Monitoring – Collect and manage daily field sales reports

• Digital Media Support – Assist in social media planning, gold rate sharing, and basic campaign support

• Content & Creative Support – Help prepare short scripts, coordinate posters/reels

Target:

• 40 Demo Coordinations/month

• 10 Closings/month (support-focused role)

Other Requirements

Eligibility

• Only female candidates

• Must have prior experience in sales support/follow-up

• Good Malayalam communication and basic English

• Organized, proactive, and tech-friendly

• Interest in media, marketing, or creative content is a big plus!
