We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to expand the company’s market presence.

1. Educational Institution Business Development:
- Identify and explore new business opportunities with educational institutions to expand our reach.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract partnerships with schools, colleges, and other educational entities.
2. Offline and Online Branding:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive offline and online branding campaigns.
- Ensure a consistent brand image across all channels to enhance visibility and credibility.
3. Individual and Team-Based Target Achievement:
- Set realistic and challenging targets for individual team members and the business development team as a whole.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
4. CRM and CRM Software:
- Implement and manage CRM systems to streamline interactions with educational institutions and improve overall satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM data for targeted marketing campaigns and fostering long-term partnerships.
5. Networking Skills:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector, including schools, colleges, and educational associations.
- Attend relevant events and conferences to expand the organization's network within the educational community.
6. Communication Skills:
- Develop clear and compelling messaging for different target audiences within the educational sector.
- Lead the creation of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and online content.
- Proven experience in business development within the educational sector.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to engage educational institutions effectively.
- Expertise in both offline and online branding strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve individual and team-based targets.
- Proficient in CRM systems and related software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Any successful Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in educational institutions can apply.

- Experience in student counseling and admissions is preferred.
- Ability to manage tele calling teams, both online and offline.
Qualifications:
- PG in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in Centre head operations and administration.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
