Responsibilities

As a Backend Executive, you play a crucial role in ensuring the security and satisfaction of our customers. Your responsibilities include:

Verifying the authenticity of customer documents before processing sales transactions.

Conducting thorough checks to validate customer identities and prevent fraudulent activities.

Adhering strictly to company policies and procedures regarding customer verification processes.

Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless and secure transactions for our customers.

Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the verification process.

Other Requirements

Fluent in English and Hindi.

Basic computer knowledge.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures meticulously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in shifts: 10:30am to 7:30pm and 1pm to 10pm

Weekly one day off.
