Responsibilities

● Co-own and plan Annual Operating Plans including reporting of monthly / periodical reporting of P&L outcomes.

● Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Khatabook in the face of shifting customer and regulatory demands.

● Co-review SaaS category P&L and business reporting for multiple products .Review related metrics (example User Cohort Analysis, LTV, CAC, Revenue analytics )

● Co-lead reviews for central cost including G&A spends, software spends & manpower

● Timely identification of cohort efficiencies to control sourcing quality and identify business opportunity in better segments to increase profitability/revenues.

● Develop customer risk segmentation as a part of policy framework to identify cohorts.

● Regular Interaction with business, credit and collection team to improvise policy parameters.

● Prepare monthly P&L & business review decks/presentations for required reporting.

● Drive down inefficient costs and optimize for steady-state costing. Also setting up necessary processes & control for achieving sustainable optimal cost.

Other Requirements

● 4-8 Years of experience post qualification.

● MBA/Master’s in Finance/Strategy /CA is preferred.

● Have relevant experience in SaaS tech (as a plus) or similar business finance or working in SaaS/e-com company.

● Are efficient to partner/collaborate/co-lead business track with non-finance functions Business & Tech Functions.

● Are able to use business reporting tool/ERP’s and proficiency with data analytics tool is an advantage.

● Have a proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics.

● Have conceptual thinking skills complemented by strong quantitative orientation

● Have a successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.
