Responsibilities

• ​Supervision & Management of all the project personnel assigned.
• Preparation & Execution of the Work/ Project Schedules as per the Organization/ Project Requirement.
• Coordination/ Preparation of the Materials Request, Deliveries for the timely work completion.
• Assignment, Monitoring & Review of the employees tasks on day to day level.
• Monitoring & Review of projects on a daily basis.
• Preparation/Coordination of various reports for the projects assigned to him such as Daily Employee Report, Stock Reports, Daily Consumption Report, Daily Output Reports, JMRs etc.
• Periodical Site Visits and Quality Inspections (Stocks, Store, Registers, Work Quality, House Keeping, HSE etc.)
• Coordination/ Preparation of timely RA Bills to meet the billing targets/ plans
• Follow Up with the client/ consultant/ PMC for the approvals & payments of the bills as required.
• Attend all the Telenova/ Client/ PMC/ Consultant Technical/ Project Related meetings as required
• Technical coordination with Telenova Team/ Client/ PMC/ Consultant/ Allied Contractors/ OEMs/ Vendors To ensure/ for the preparation of the Technical Documents/ Drawings/ Work Execution Methods/ Commissioning Support, Materials Deliveries etc.
• Coordination with Contractor for the Timely Manpower Deployment to ensure the Timely project Completion.
• Timely Verification/Approval of all the Measurements, reports etc.
• Identify suitable subcontractors, draft contract terms, and issue work orders.

Other Requirements

• Proven experience in project coordination or site management.
• Strong understanding of project documentation, billing, and measurement processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead teams and handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Knowledge of HSE, quality standards, and site execution practices.
