Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day operations of the SAAS Training and QA
  • Monitoring team performance, productivity and service levels on an ongoing basis
  • Manage implementation of Train-the-Trainer (T3) programs and sessions to ensure high quality adjunct trainers and mentors
  • Work closely with central team to run and improve customer experience through the formulation or constant improvement of the approaches, tools, and strategies
  • Ensure & Deliver Training Plans and Learning Paths are adhered for all new hires
  • Strategizing ,Planning and Execution of learning projects: Needs to be well versed with 6Ds - Define , Design, Deliver , Drive , Deploy and Document
  • Building and developing knowledge and expertise on the process to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Create & roll out processes to promote learning & sharing of organization's operational business processes and systems in respective business unit
  • Manage the tools, processes and people to coordinate the logistical details and run our key training programs including: new hire training, dedicated on-the-job mentoring, profile specific training, continuing education sessions, launch training sessions, Subject Matter Expert (SME) Accreditation
  • Support and incorporate use of our Knowledge Base into learning methods and strategies; support and help drive knowledge centered support methodologies
  • Identify or help build a tool & repository to deliver training in an effective self serve and automated way
  • Managing learning content, curriculum, resources on LMS and recommending new training methods (including e-learning courses and game-based platforms)
  • Identify, conduct and verify training programs for our internal and external Sales & Ops teams
  • Optimizing training processes for efficiency and conducting trainer feedback sessions
  • View and revise the training SOPs for the outsourced training teams while getting timely reports on training completion and performance
  • Implementing coaching sessions and mentorship programs to establish a culture of continuous learning
  • Identify opportunities and coordinate with different functions – operations, training, workforce, and reporting towards quality improvement
  • Work closely with the stakeholders of the market assigned to plug gaps in Sales Training - improve sales pitch, monitor impact of the revised pitch
  • Help the central team to launch new initiatives by designing the pitch and training the floor on it
  • Setup different QA teams to measure performance of each teams

  • As a Training Manager, the ideal candidate must possess strong skills in sales training, effective people management, and training development. 
  • The ability to design, implement, and evaluate training programs aimed at improving sales performance is crucial.
  •  A successful Training Manager must also have the skills to effectively manage and motivate a team of trainers, as well as the ability to create a positive and supportive training environment. 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as the role entails coordinating training schedules, resources, and ensuring the successful delivery of training programs. 
  • A proven track record in training development and a passion for continuous learning are key requirements for the role of Training Manager.
