Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to meet targets and deliver results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the candidates
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process
- Allocate and manage requirements of TA Team
- Device new recruitment strategies and plans
- Set performance goals and KPIs for team members.
- Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions for Team members.
- Prepare reports and recruitment analytics for management.
Other Requirements
- 6-10 years experience in recruitment
- 2+ years experience as Recruitment Lead/Manager is a must
- Must have Bachelors/PG preferably MBA
- Must have experience in ATS
- Good communication skills
