Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for forex products and services, aligned with the NBFC's overall business objectives.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Set and monitor branch-wise sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and driving sales performance to achieve revenue and market share growth.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure they achieve their individual and team targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including individuals, businesses, and other stakeholders, to drive sales and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Ensure that the sales team is well-equipped with product knowledge and expertise, providing training and support to help them effectively sell forex products and services.
  • Market Analysis and Business Development: Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities to expand the forex business.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to forex transactions, and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
