Responsibilities

• Conduct online consultations via WhatsApp, calls, and emails to assess the nutritional needs of customers.
• Develop personalized vitamin and supplement plans based on individual health profiles and goals.
• Provide expert advice on dietary habits, nutritional supplements, and lifestyle changes to enhance overall health and well-being.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and confidential customer records.
• Stay updated with the latest research and trends in nutrition and supplements to provide informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to create informative content and support customer education initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of personalized plans and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Other Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) credentials preferred.
• Proven experience as a Nutritionist, preferably in an online or remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools such as WhatsApp, email, and online calling platforms.
