Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and implementing Tableau CRM solutions based on business requirements and user feedback.
• Creating data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau CRM to aid in data analysis and decision-making processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Performing data cleansing, manipulation, and modeling to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Conducting data validation and testing to identify and resolve any issues or errors.
• Utilize advanced SQL queries and scripting for data extraction, transformation and analysis to create complex functionality reports
• Train and mentor team members

Other Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and working Tableau driven dashboards, analytics
