Responsibilities
- Partner with employees and middle management to drive various People initiatives
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, compensation and other employee benefits.
- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
- Take ownership of new HR initiatives at organisation level and execute it in collaboration with stakeholders within and outside HR teams.
- Work closely with HR leadership on employee engagement charter.
Other Requirements
- 5 - 8 Years of Experience as HRBP.
- Ability to work independently and also as a team player
- Self motivated with a go getter attitude.
- Excellent in people management and employee engagement.
- Creative Thinking, Designing and Delivering L&D programmes will be a plus.
