Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead multiple Odoo ERP implementation projects simultaneously.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
• Conduct daily/weekly stand-up meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Act as the main point of contact for client communications and meetings.
• Translate client requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and resolutions.

• Guide and supervise functional consultants, developers, and testers.
• Coordinate task assignments and ensure delivery meets quality standards.
• Provide support, mentorship, and performance feedback to the project team.

• Analyze business processes and map them to Odoo functionalities.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.)
• Assist in UAT, go-live, training, and post-implementation support.

• Maintain project documentation including BRD, SRS, user manuals, and training guides.
• Generate and present reports to management and clients.

Other Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• PMP/Prince2/Agile certifications are a plus.

• 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, including at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role.

• Strong knowledge of Odoo architecture and modules.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with Git, Jira, or other version control/project tracking tools.
• Basic understanding of Python and PostgreSQL is a plus.
