Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Lead the overall studio strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Set and achieve business targets including revenue, margins, and delivery quality.
• Drive innovation in workflows, technology adoption, and client solutions.

• Oversee all studio departments including 3D, 2D, VFX, animation, creative, production, and project management.
• Ensure coordination across departments for seamless delivery of projects.
• Monitor project pipelines and production schedules to avoid bottlenecks and ensure on-time delivery.

• Serve as the executive point of contact for key clients and strategic accounts.
• Support sales and business development in pitching and converting new business opportunities.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and industry partners.

• Own the P&L of the studio and manage budgets for all departments.
• Identify areas for cost optimization without compromising on quality.
• Prepare financial forecasts, reports, and dashboards for executive leadership.

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and creative excellence.
• Lead recruitment, retention, and performance management of senior studio staff.
• Mentor and support departmental heads, ensuring leadership succession planning.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design, Animation, Business, or related fields.
• 12+ years of experience in the creative/media/production industry.
• Prior experience in managing a multi-disciplinary creative/production studio.
• Understanding of tools like Maya, Blender, Adobe Suite, or project management tools like Jira/Asana is a plus.

• Strong understanding of creative and production pipelines (3D, 2D, animation, design, etc.).
• Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong business acumen.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
