Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery:
* Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Angular, React, and Node.js.
* Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions, both theoretical and practical.
* Prepare training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
2. Curriculum Development:
* Develop and update training curriculum and materials to stay current with industry trends.
* Customize training content to meet the specific needs of learners.
3. Mentorship:
* Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to trainees.
* Offer guidance on best practices, coding standards, and development techniques.
4. Assessment and Evaluation:
* Create and administer assessments to evaluate trainee progress.
* Provide constructive feedback and support to help trainees improve.
5. Technical Support:
* Assist trainees with technical issues and troubleshooting during training sessions.
* Ensure a smooth learning experience by addressing any technical challenges promptly.
6. Collaboration:
* Collaborate with other trainers and team members to enhance the training program.
* Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Other Requirements

* Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with expertise in Angular, React, and Node.js.
* Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript) and back-end technologies (Express.js, RESTful APIs, database management).
* Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
* Strong problem-solving skills and patience to work with learners of varying skill levels.
* Previous experience in a teaching or mentoring role is highly desirable.
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
* Relevant certifications in Angular, React, and Node.js are a plus.
