Responsibilities

• Conduct SOC 2 readiness assessments to identify gaps in existing controls.
• Develop detailed remediation plans to address identified gaps and ensure compliance with SOC 2 standards.
• Lead and Support SOC 2 audit engagements, including planning, execution, and creating corrective actions plans.
• Coordinate with client and external auditors and facilitate the audit process.
• Prepare detailed SOC 2 reports and documentation.
• Identify and assess information security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Develop and review information security policies, procedures, and controls.
• Ensure that policies and procedures align with SOC 2 requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on SOC 2 compliance matters.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on SOC 2 requirements and controls.

• Security and Privacy Alignment: Knowledge of IT and security practices to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
• Communication and Training: Strong communication skills for reporting compliance levels and conducting training sessions for stakeholders.
