Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy:

* Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI/UX designers.
* Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
* Advocate for design thinking and user-centered design practices across the organization.

Design Execution:
* Oversee all stages of the design process, from conceptualization to final implementation.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
* Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.

Collaboration:
* Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and execute design solutions.
* Facilitate design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
* Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Innovation & Improvement:
* Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
* Continuously seek opportunities to improve the user experience and streamline design processes.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the design team.

Other Requirements

Experience:
* 8-12 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
* Proven track record of leading design teams and delivering successful digital products.

Skills:
* Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and other relevant software.
* Strong understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to think strategically and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
