- Handling customer complaints, complaints call, happy calls and installation calls brought to your attention
- Oversee all interaction with clients to ensure all service requirements are met and no issues arise, making note of instances that may need improvement
- Happy calls follow up and record the feedback.
- Updates Job card details in the software
- Maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.
- Preparing reports of Customer/Market Feedback, Trends and timely reporting to Service manager
- AMC, service and cross selling follow-up and revenue increment
- Daily Work reporting to Service manager including daily installation report preparation and submission to Service Manager
- Adhere to company policies in order to achieve organization objectives
